32 years walking alongside people in healing
My orientation is informed not only by my professional training, but from my own personal search for what works in navigating healing for myself and my clients.

Spiritual study
Perhaps even more influential than my formal training:
- Meditation practice since 1975 (started with transcendental meditation, or TM)
- Long-term student of Buddhist/mindfulness practices and perspectives
- Student of shamanic/indigenous perspectives and practices
