I offer individual psychotherapy for adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents, and relationship support. I also offer consultation for therapists seeking to understand how to work more effectively with trauma and dissociative symptoms.

Office Hours

I am in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I don’t have late afternoon or evening appointments available.

I can also submit paperwork if your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits. 


I offer limited slots at a reduced rate. Please contact me if you have questions about private pay or sliding scale rates.   

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, to avoid being charged a $50 late cancel fee. I make exceptions for contagious illness.
